These terms govern your use of the NyxVN visual novel Intertwined and our community Discord bot (together, the "Services"), operated by BlueFox. By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
Intertwined is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using it you confirm that you meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to access adult content.
2. Analytics and telemetry
The game may send anonymous gameplay and crash data to help us improve and maintain it, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disable this at any time in the game's Preferences. Disabling analytics does not restrict your access to the game.
3. Acceptable use of the Discord bot
You agree not to:
- Use the bot to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to circumvent moderation.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the bot or its infrastructure.
- Use the Services in violation of Discord's Terms of Service or applicable law.
We may remove content, restrict access, or remove the bot from a server at our discretion to keep the community safe.
4. Intellectual property
The game, its artwork, characters, story, and the bot software are the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable law. You may not redistribute or repackage them without permission.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueFox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Changes to the Services and terms
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services, and we may revise these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes are subject to the courts of Australia.
